Awakening the Self: Meditation, Healing, and Silence with Alfonso e Monica

About the Seminar

A unique seminar dedicated to transpersonal psychology, to discover your deepest essence and transcend external influences through creative and contemplative practices.

What to Expect
During this seminar, we will explore:

  • Meditation, to foster inner silence and presence.

  • Qi Gong, to cultivate balance between mind, body, and vital energy.

  • Exploring natural space and time, to allow contact with one another.

  • Conscious fasting, to deepen connection with your body.

Monica Farinella will guide participants in the use of Dream Drawing, and
Alfonso Crosetto will lead you through the experience, which is the core of this seminar.

Two days of experiences accompanied by Silence and Meditation.

We will guide you and introduce you (if you’ve never practiced it) to Kriya Yoga (though you are welcome to use any meditation practice you prefer).

We will teach you Chi Lel Qi Gong and practice it together.

Together, we will experience the Dance of the Heart and moving meditation.

We will create a healing circle and use the Shamanic drum to facilitate the experience.

We will form dyads to work on our true nature, allowing space for moments of profound experience.

And much more that will emerge from the needs of the group.

The Benefits of the Seminar
This seminar is a regenerative experience that offers tangible results:

  • Significant reduction in anxiety and stress.

  • Relief from physical discomfort and pain.

  • Greater self-awareness and emotional well-being.

A journey towards transcendence, where creativity and silence intertwine to reveal your true essence.

Feast of the Senses with Constance van Berckel and Feminine Rising

About the course

Awaken the senses through creativity, community, and nature

This retreat is organized by Constance of SOPRA SOTTO together with FEMININE RISING. Together they have curated a program that weaves art, movement and sound into rituals and activities designed to calm the nervous system and ground you in the present moment. Through creative expression, sensory engagement, and the magic of communal experience, you’ll rediscover the joy of connection and co-creation.

Together, we’ll embrace the rhythms of communal living at the Transmission School, a beautifully restored farmhouse or Podere. Here, alongside long-term residents and its inspiring founder, Pushpa, we’ll immerse ourselves in a harmonious haven shaped by the cycles of nature, the wisdom of herbs, energy, and ancient esoteric traditions. Through the interweaving of different perspectives and generations, as a community we learn from one another, rediscovering the profound beauty of shared living.

About Constance

Constance is an independent curator, art entrepreneur and event organizer. Based between Amsterdam and Italy she is dedicated to merging creativity with personal growth and nature's wisdom, in order to inspire positive societal change.
