Love Letter from our Director Pushpa

Dear everyone,

Welcome to 2025.

This year may feel like a clash between the old and the new, stirring a deep desire to do or be something meaningful. You may sense a yearning for change, a pull towards something greater. As humanity, we find ourselves somehow in a tornado, a whirlwind of challenges.

In such times, it becomes crucial to focus on what serves as a guiding light—through the storm, through the dark woods. And what truly illuminates the way is coming together.

We’ve emerged from years of isolation, a period that forced many into solitude. But now, it’s time to stop believing you are alone. Stop doing it alone. We thrive in groups, we grow in tribes, and we find fulfillment in community.

Other people hold pieces of what you need, and you hold what someone else needs—to shed the unnecessary, to meet your inner hero, and to welcome the change you seek.
