About the Retreat

Over the course of six days, you can look forward to a diverse programme designed to benefit both parents and children, filled with wonderful experiences, movement, fun, and relaxation.

The yoga teachers Johanna Miller Gálvez and Frederike Fernández Álvarez will accompany you during this time.

The "Transmission School" is located south of Florence. At Podere Fiorli, you'll find an inviting Tuscan farmhouse surrounded by olive groves, vineyards, flower, and vegetable gardens. Its location amidst nature and breath-taking landscapes makes it the perfect place for a center dedicated to relaxation, rejuvenation, and growth.

For more information and the whole programme in German:

  • The prices include accommodation, full board, yoga classes, and childcare during the yoga sessions. Excursions are charged separately on-site.

    • One parent: €1,290

    • One parent with one child: €1,580

    • Each additional child: €390

    • Teenagers aged 12–15: €490

    (all prices listed are inclusive of the entire duration of your stay)

    • 6 nights accommodation

    • bed linen | towels | home made organic hand soap and shower soap | use of the outdoor swimming pool.

    • 3 meals per day (this price includes: Breakfast, lunch, dinner, tea\coffee breaks) – all meals are vegetarian and prepared with organic and as much as possible with locally produced food

  • A former Franciscan monastery in the heart of Tuscany dates back to the 1500s. In modern times, for the past 35 years, it has been a peace-based foundation and an ecological & spiritual community. Podere Fiorli is a welcoming Tuscan farmhouse with its olive grove, vineyard, expansive fields and its very own vegetable garden.
